The heelwork pattern starts as the competitor enters the ring in the bottom right hand corner on the diagonal all the way up to the top of the ring; right turn along the ropes, to the other side of the ring; diagonal right turn for a third of the ring and into fast pace down to the bottom left corner. Right turn along the ropes to the top of the ring and about turn for a few paces, into normal to halfway and then into a figure of 8 around the two circles on the floor. Coming out of the the circle towards the other side and halt in the middle. Into slow and left turn,for a few paces, left about turn for about 8 paces, about turn, right turn, left turn, halt. Forward a few paces and left turn; into normal to the left hand side, left turn, left turn, left turn, left turn into a small square then left about turn two thirds of the way across the ring. Right turn to the bottom; right turn for a few paces, right turn, right turn to the side; left turn and into slow and around the two circles on the other side into a figure of 8 coming out and up the ring. Into fast pace, left turn to the other side; about turn two-thirds of the way across the ring right turn to the bottom and halt.
